Resetting Your Password

If you can't remember the password you used to sign up, you can reset it in a couple of clicks.

Step-by-step

1. Go to app.incitefulmed.com and click Log In.
2. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password? below the password field.
3. Enter the email address you used to create your account and click Send reset link.
4. Open the email we send you (it comes from info@incitefulmed.com) and click the Reset password link.
5. Choose a new password.

The reset link is good for 15 minutes. If it expires, just request another.

If you signed in with Google

You don't have an Inciteful Med password to reset, you sign in directly through Google. Relink your account.

Didn't get the reset email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Make sure you typed the email address you originally signed up with.
• Wait a couple of minutes and try again - email can be slow.
