Patient profiles remember your health history and shared records. This helps Inciteful Med give you more personalized, research-based answers. You will be walked through a few steps to create a patient profile after you sign up. If you are caring for more than one person, our Family plan covers a profile for each of them. Starter and Personal each include one patient profile. See our plans.

Adding Patient Profiles

To add a new patient, click on the patient name in the left navigation and select Add Patient

You can switch between profiles at any time using this same menu. When conducting research, the active patient profile is shown at the top of the input box.
