How much does Inciteful Med cost?
Starter is free, with no credit card. Personal is $10 a month. Family is $30 a month and covers as many people as you need. You can cancel any time.
What do I get with Personal that I don't get with Starter?
Starter is for the questions on your mind right now: 10 questions a month and 3 record uploads, every answer cited. Personal removes the limits and does the ongoing work for you: we watch your connected records and the new medical literature, prepare you for appointments, and email you when something relevant appears.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, and nothing is deleted: if the new plan covers fewer profiles, the extra ones become read-only, and you choose which profile stays active.
What happens if I go over my Starter plan's limits?
Nothing is lost. When you reach the monthly limit, you can wait for it to reset next month or upgrade to Personal to keep going right away. Everything you have already asked and uploaded stays available.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. You can ask 5 questions without signing up. Creating a free account puts you on Starter, saves your research and lets you add records to a patient profile.
What happens to my health information?
It stays yours. Your records are never shared or sold, and never used to train AI models. All questions you ask are anonymized and private unless you choose to share them. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, following industry best practices for security. You can delete your data at any time.
