No. Moving to a cheaper plan, or all the way to our free Starter plan, never deletes anything. Not a record, not a question you have asked, not a report, not a share link you have already sent.

This is worth saying plainly because it is the thing people worry about most, and it stops some people from moving to a plan that would suit them better.

What changes on a smaller plan is what you can do next:

Fewer questions a month, and fewer records held at a time
Automatic record monitoring stops
Literature alerts stop
If the new plan covers fewer patient profiles than you have, you choose one that keeps getting new research and the others become read-only, which means fully readable but paused for new work

Everything you had before the change is still there afterwards, and stays readable for as long as your account is open.
