Inciteful Med is a web app, so anywhere you have a modern browser, you can use it.

Browsers

We test on the latest versions of:

Microsoft Edge

If you're on an older browser (more than a year out of date), some interactive features, particularly the report panels and EHR connection popup, may not work correctly. Update your browser if you can.

Devices

Desktop and laptop (Windows, macOS, Linux). The best experience, especially for reading long reports side-by-side with citations.
Tablets Full functionality. The panel layout adapts to the screen size.
Phones Works well, with the interface collapsing to a single-panel view. Asking questions, reading reports, and sharing all work on the go. Reading long reports with lots of citations is easier on a larger screen.

There's no native iOS or Android app today. You use Inciteful Med through your phone's browser.

Trouble loading?

Make sure cookies and JavaScript are enabled.
Disable strict tracking-protection extensions on incitefulmed.com if pages won't load.
Clear cookies for the domain if you're stuck on a sign-in loop.
