I Didn't Get My Verification Email

Didn’t get your verification email? Try these quick troubleshooting steps.

After signing up, we send a verification email to the address you registered with. If it hasn't arrived in a couple of minutes, here's the troubleshooting order.

1. Check spam and promotions

Look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder for a message from info@incitefulmed.com. Mark it as Not Spam if you find it there so future emails come through.

2. Wait another few minutes

Email systems can occasionally take 5-10 minutes to deliver. If you've only been waiting one minute, give it a few more.

3. Confirm you used the right email address

Go back to the sign-up page. Try signing up with the same email and see if it tells you the address is already registered - if it does, the original signup worked and you can try resetting your password to get back in (see Resetting your password).

If it lets you sign up again with no warning, the original attempt may have failed. Try once more.

4. Try requesting a fresh verification

On the sign-in screen, attempt to log in with the email and password you used at signup. Most cases will offer to resend the verification email automatically.

5. Check whether your domain blocks us

Some workplace email systems aggressively filter messages from new senders. If your verification email isn't arriving and you used a work email, try signing up again with a personal address (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).

6. Contact us

If none of the above worked, contact us with the email address you tried to sign up with and we'll either resend the verification or help you finish setting up the account manually.
