Your Free Trial of Family
New accounts start with a free trial of our Family plan, with no card required. What it includes and what happens when it ends.

When you create an Inciteful Med account, you start with a free trial of our Family plan. There is no card on file and we did not ask for one.
What you have during the trial
Family is our top plan, so during the trial you have:
- Unlimited research questions
- Unlimited record uploads
- A patient profile for every person you look after
- Record syncing and ongoing monitoring on all of them
- Literature alerts for all of them
When it ends
You can see the end date any time under Account & plan. Your plan says Trial ends with the date, rather than "Renews".
Will I be charged?
Not unless you add a card. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends and nothing is charged.
What happens when the trial ends
If you have not added a payment method, your account moves to our free Starter plan. Nothing is deleted. Every record, every question you have asked and every report stays exactly where it is, and stays readable.
What changes is what you can do next. Starter covers 5 questions a week, 3 records held at a time and one patient profile, without automatic record monitoring. On Starter, literature alerts only run until 28 days after you signed up, then pause.
If you have more than one patient profile, we will ask you to choose which one keeps getting new research. The others stay fully readable. See Choosing which profile stays active.
If you want to keep Family
Add a payment method before the trial ends and Family continues without a break, with your first payment taken when the trial ends. Open Account & plan, choose Payment and invoices, then Update payment method.
If Family is more than you need
Personal keeps unlimited questions, unlimited records and record monitoring for one person. To switch to it during your trial, add a payment method first, then choose See plans. Personal starts when the trial ends. Starter costs nothing and keeps everything you have already done readable.
