FAQs

Why am I seeing "Your Session Has Expired"?

Your session timed out due to inactivity. Refresh or log in again to continue.

For your security, Inciteful Med signs you out after a long period of inactivity, or if your sign-in token expires in the background. When that happens, you'll see a "session expired" prompt asking you to sign back in.

What to do

Click Sign in again in the modal. You'll be taken back to the sign-in screen.

Why does this happen?

  • You left a tab open overnight (or longer).
  • Your computer went to sleep for an extended period.
  • You signed in on another device, which can invalidate the older session.
  • You changed your password. All existing sessions get invalidated as a security measure.

None of these mean anything is wrong with your account. It's a normal security behavior.

Stopping it from happening as often

Make sure you're signed in to a single browser profile and that cookies for incitefulmed.com aren't being cleared by browser settings or extensions. If your browser is configured to clear cookies on close, you'll be signed out every time you re-open it.

I'm stuck in a sign-in loop

If signing back in just sends you to the session-expired screen again:

  1. Sign out from the user menu or close the tab.
  2. Clear cookies for incitefulmed.com.
  3. Open a fresh tab and go to app.incitefulmed.com.
